Location, elevator, staff

The pool wasn't very clean. Elevator broke.

They managed really well when we arrived while the hurricane had still put some services out like water. They were able to get us water for an evening wash.

The apartment was very sparse in kitchenware

Location is amazing. Price was great too. Big rooms and lots of space

The towels were very old and grey. Mattress was hard, pillows too cheap. Water pressure was very low. The kitchen pots and pans have been scratched to death and we couldn’t use something that is toxic at that point.

Very clean, stylish enough, modern, awesome location

parking fare was not clear enough, it has a great price but wasn't expecting it the pool was dirty, Is a big building and a shared amenity, I understand it, just mentioning it

Location was convenient...close to everything. Staff was friendly.

More seating in the living area would be nice. There is only enough space for 2 adults to sit.

The club 4doors down was crazy loud I thought it was in a quite area

The localization its good, close to 5a avenue the most intense place of restaurants, attractions, mall, stores, ferry to Cozumel.

The room have a very poorly lit room, sometimes we have to turn on the cellphones lights. The housekeeping its poor. I rented a Sienna (Toyota car) and was very difficult to leave the garage because the door was narrow. The bikes was available to ride in the first floor but many was broken. Kitchen utensils were insufficient.

The location is great, steps away from the beach and 5th av. The suite is nice, quite big and with everything you need

It's not the hotel's fault, but there is too much noise due to close discos and bars

Music was very loud. Pictures on booking.com look nicer than the property itself. It’s much more run down. The beds are very uncomfortable and you might as well have been in the night club all night until the music stopped at 3am. There was also a very odd smell in the suite and when we arrived there was no light in one of the rooms.
