BEMooi, verzorgd, proper huis met ruime slaapkamers en voldoende badkamers. Handig dat de 3de badkamer aan het zwembad was, zo moest je niet met natte kledij in het huis. De host 'Eduardo' is enorm vriendelijk en helpt onmiddellijk als je een vraag hebt. Mooi uitzicht en niet ver van de stad Tivoli, Rome en de kust. Zeker de moeite waard!
Een waterkoker zou handig zijn, maar een potje op het vuur zetten gaat even goed. De waarborg moet je wel met een overschrijving doen. Het zou handig zijn moest dat ook via Visa/Mastercard gaan (zeker voor niet-Europeanen).

The neighbors were loud for few evenings. The wifi is not very fast, but mobile service helped us out.
GBThe villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area, which was exactly what we were looking for as a group of friends. Eduardo was friendly and engaging, and made a great effort to accommodate our needs. Although only one key was initially provided—which can be challenging for a group with different schedules—Eduardo was quick to arrange a spare key for us, which we really appreciated. He agree that he is learning, and I am sure he will be a top host in the future. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I’m in the area. The rooms, I would say 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and bulk beds. if you are a group of people, you need to think twice on how to sleep
A security deposit is required upon arrival, but the only payment method accepted is bank transfer, which can be difficult for non-Italian or non-EU guests. I would recommend the host consider offering alternative payment options, such as card payments or a secure online service. Eduardo was keen to let it slide but for the future, it would be nice to have. Unfortunately, the pool cannot be used outside the designated season, even if the weather is ideal, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the staircase connecting the living area to the bedrooms is quite narrow and can be uncomfortable—particularly for taller guests. It also makes it difficult to carry items upstairs from inside the house; instead, you have to walk around the outside, which is somewhat inconvenient. Renovation to improve access would be a great improvement.
