Definitely the location and the staff were the standouts. Very comfortable stay and everyone made you feel very welcome from start to finish. Food was also good but the kind hospitality was very nice.

The building is a bit dated but the layout works. We were happy with the ocean view room and the pitched high ceiling. The loud children in the pool was a bit of a turnoff but I understand that this is a family resort. Next time I would try and find a quieter couples hotel but again this is not really a negative. Everything was great. Staff is number one.

The location of our room was incredable, the staff were super nice and welcoming.

One day there was no water in the shower but they fixed it, and one day the bathroom door did not open and they also fixed it.
