L’emplacement est exceptionnel, direct sur la plage de White beach, nous avons eu une chambre vue mer et c’est incroyable ! Tout est propre, le lit King size est très confortable, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est vraiment top avec un large choix. Quand vous prenez un transat sur la plage, le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit plus du spa, le massage signature est exceptionnel. Nous avons fait 3 nuits et je compte déjà y retourner dans le futur ! Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui est d’une incroyable gentillesse !

Прожив в отели две недели, мне удалось его полностью изучить. Это великолепный отель в котором работает великолепная профессиональная команда. Отель очень уютный, не большой, в нем нет муравейника, находится на первой линии пляжа, за которым постоянно следит персонал. Пляж очень чистый, достаточно длинный, что можно совершать многокилометровые прогулки. Пляжная зона оборудована лежаками с матрасами и зонтиками. Утром и в течении дня, несколько раз сотрудники отеля граблями приводят песок в нетронутый вид, При отеле есть отличный ресторан с широким меню и барной картой, каждый найдет еду и напитки по своему вкусу. Особенно хочу отметить приготовление пиццы на древесных углях, пицца просто божественна. Официанты внимательны, доброжелательны и быстры. Приготовление блюд очень быстрое. Бармен готовит отличные коктейли. Администрацией отеля уделяется особое внимание проведению праздников, все на высшем уровне, живая музыка, фаершоу, украшение ресторана и отеля, приятные подарки детям и активным участникам, все это ждет гостей без дополнительной платы. Территория отеля чистая, за газоном, пальмами и бассейном следят особенно тщательно. Номера просторны, производится ежедневная уборка номеров, с каждого номера вид на море, для удобства гостей есть минибар. Ресепшин работает 24/7 и готов помочь в любом вопросе. Расположение отеля на острове выгодно привлекательно, поскольку в шаговой доступности находятся торговые центра, пункты обмена валют, местные магазинчики. Транспортная доступность отеля значительно превосходит другие локации на острове. В вечернее время на территории отеля тихо и спокойно, нет дискотек и тусовок как в других отелях. Безопасность на территории отеля обеспечивает профессиональная круглосуточная охрана. При выезде из отеля мы были приятно удивлены подарками с символикой отеля. The location can't be beaten. It was probably the best area of White Beach in Station One. The breakfast buffet was great. There were a lot of selections to choose from. It wasn't crowded with guests. The free beach lounge chairs were comfy and available.

There was a little hiccup with our paid transfers to and from the airport.

I'd rather be a hotel that claims to be a 3-star but people will say, "Wow! It looks more like a 5 star!" than claim to be a 5-star and guests will say, "This is more like a 3-star!" Thats how we felt. The first night, there was no water we had to go to bed after a very long day of traveling without a shower. The 2nd night, the toilet flush wouldnt stop flowing. Two straight nights that i had to call maintenance. The owner who's always watching around has no personality. The restaurant prices are overly expensive.

I don’t think I have ever been so eager to write a review about a hotel, but this stay genuinely deserves it. I have travelled extensively – across dozens of countries and countless cities – and I can confidently say this is by far the greatest place I have ever stayed. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that this hotel is operating on a completely different level of hospitality. The staff aren’t just friendly – they genuinely care about your experience. They remember your name, anticipate what you might need before you even ask, and constantly go above and beyond in small but meaningful ways that make you feel personally looked after rather than just “checked in.” The sea/pool view room was absolutely breathtaking. Photos simply cannot capture what it feels like to wake up to that panorama each morning – the horizon stretching endlessly in front of you, the sound of the water, the sunlight spilling into the room… it is pure serenity. The view alone is worth the stay, but the room itself is also beautifully designed: spacious, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out so that everything feels premium yet effortless. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the feeling it gives you. It’s not just a place to sleep – it’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time. Whether you’re relaxing on the balcony, by the pool, or simply enjoying how calm and peaceful everything feels, there is a sense of care and attention to detail that is rare even in the world’s top luxury hotels. I’ve stayed in iconic hotels, award-winning resorts, and well-reviewed boutique properties, but none have come close to the overall experience I had here. This hotel is truly world-class in every sense of the word: hospitality, atmosphere, comfort, view, service, and the genuine warmth of the people working here. If you’re considering staying here — don’t hesitate.

If I had to point to one area that didn’t quite meet the same exceptional standard as everything else, it would be the food. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but compared with the world-class service, views, and overall experience, the dining was the only part that felt average rather than memorable. Fortunately, the island has plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short distance away, so it’s very easy to step out and enjoy some fantastic local meals while still coming back to the comfort of the hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at Ambassador in Paradise! The location is truly amazing, right on the beach and an easy, delightful walk to all the best shops, restaurants, and sightseeing activities. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and that bed was unbelievably comfortable! The staff is so incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers many delicious options. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough, it's truly a slice of tropical heaven!

My stay was wonderful, however, the inconsistent shower pressure and (cold) temperature can be improved.

Самый лучший отель на Станции 1!!! Самый лучший отель на самом лучшем пляже!!! В эту поездку мы попробовали три разных отеля, два Henann и этот. И это лучший вариант из всех! Заселили раньше времени чекапа. В номере мебель не самая новая, но все очень чисто и аккуратно. Очень заботливый персонал, любые вопросы и просьбы решаются тут же. Самое классное - это собственный пляж, к которому не надо переходить дорогу. Нет толп людей, проходящих постоянно мимо тебя. Нет назойливых продавцов туров и жемчуга. Отель настолько близко расположен к морю, что ты ощущаешь свой пляж и лежаки практически частным. Вкусные завтраки, меняются в изо дня в день. Ресторан на территории тоже понравился - и обедали и ужинали. На ужин вообще никуда не хотелось отсюда уходить, потому что территория так уютно освещена огнями, что хочется зависнуть тут и наслаждаться…. Рекомендую однозначно! И обязательно вернусь!
