Casa Giulia

1. Its even more amazing than in the pictures . The sea is right there in front of you, the kitchen is fully equipped, the couch in the living room is big and comfy. There is a washer in the apartment! And a dish washer! 2. Sara, the owner, is super nice and helpful! She responds within minutes with replies, recommendations. Her parents live next door and came to help whenever I had need for it. 3. less than 10 mins from 2 great beaches and a floating platform at a hotel on the beach (15 bucks a day, highly recommend!), 5 mins from Old Town Vietri with all its magic. Local people, real and lovely local stores with amazing fruit and bread and wine.

Very nice hosts. Lots of smiles, cordiality and a warm welcome. Nice view of the sea. A good point for exploring the city and surrounding area.

Great but quiet location, incredible views! AC worked well, and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed, including a lovely welcome package of breakfast goods!

Very comfortable and delightfully furnished with ceramics. In a very central location and have the authentic feel of Italy. They left lots of provisions and kindly Francesca gave us a lift from the ferry. Very helpful and friendly in every way

Clean apartment. Amazing welcome pack and the most friendly Nonna making us feel at home. Even a pack with pasta and sauces, olive oils, vinegar and so many pastries and snacks. Coffee, tea and drinks in the fridge. The view is spectacular from the bedroom and the kitchen. The facilities had everything we needed. It’s in a clean and quiet apartment block with the most beautiful balcony to watch the ships on the ocean. The decor was quaint and elegant. We loved Vietri as it’s not too busy with tourists compared to other parts of the Amalfi Coast. This apartment was close to ferries and bus services, connecting you with other places. On the last day the owner organised transport to the train station. What a lovely person helping us. Our driver was also lovely.

A stay you can only dream about. Sara and her mother are such a great team and have thought of everything. Living in Casa Giulia is an honor and pure pleasure. The ceramics so characteristic of Vieri are present in the house in many details. The house has a quiet parking lot, which is important in these areas, and the elevator takes you to the 2nd floor, to an apartment with a sea view but, above all, with the soul of Italy and the heart of Vietri. The house has everything from dryers (underwear, hair), washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, to delicious Italian products for refreshments. In addition, we are taken care of by the hosts from the very beginning 🥰 with good recommendations that are worth using ☺ Of course, you have to walk down to the beach and then climb up, but being on the Amalfin Coast, you have to take this into account. I will comfort everyone that I managed to cope with my high blood pressure, overweight and damaged meniscus 😁 I recommend it and I would like to thank the team from Casa Giulia 😍🥰

The apartment is super nice and pretty. We had an overall great stay with the perfect view on the ocean 😊 Sara and her mother are also very nice and friendly hosts. We were greeted with delicious fruits and drinks, it was really good because when we arrived, all the shops were closed so we couldn’t buy anything. Overall a very great stay ☺️

The apartment is spacious, clean, and high spec. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Host was very helpful and patient when we got lost ( our fault). Parking on site is a real plus.

Vietre Sul Mare was the ideal location we discovered, as it was not too far from Naples to fly out when we departed, and we could enjoy this very interesting seaside town with plenty to explore, or take the bus or water taxi to the other towns along the Amalphi coast. If you want a bigger city, Salerno is right next door. The location of our apartment was great, quiet, and we could sit on the porch and see the town life and the sea. I chose this apartment AND was not disappointed! as I prefer the warm colors of a wood floor and red colors, as oppsed to all the blue and cold white tiles in the other aopartments I viewed. The host has execellent taste in decor, whimsical and artistic, so we enjoyed it! very comfortable to just hang out resting and reading some days. We also took advantage of a fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed shopping for food and cooking meals. Where you stay for your home base on a vacation can make or break your time away from home. I was so pleased with Casa Giula, and would highly recommend it to others.

If you are sensitive to noise, I would use a white noise app on your phone when you sleep. There is faint noise from the chimney (can hear the wind blowing and the flu flapping when the wind is high) and a robust rooster, who likes to crow during all daylight hours. The white noise takes care of it all. It was not a problem for us. IF you don't like stairs, they also have an elevator.
