The breakfast was okay, I only ate the covered foods as it was outside and there was flies everywhere. The staff were nice and tried their best but it didn’t make up for how overpriced and horrible the room is.

We booked a bungalow, I got it for €96 with my genius discount. Originally €150 for two nights which is crazy. It was a shack of a room. No signal and the WIFI didn’t stretch either. The room we were in was at the back of the resort, hidden away in shrubs. Our toilet and shower was blocked and the staff couldn’t fix it but also wouldn’t move us. I had to shower in another room then go back to my unfunctional room, even though there was a free room next door. I asked politely to be moved but he said the other customers were arriving the next day. I didn’t understand this to be honest. I think the customer who is already at the hotel and doesn’t have a functioning toilet should be moved to the free room, while the staff attempt to fix the toilet before the next clients arrive? Very frustrating stay. Book a private room in the hostel down the road.

We absolutely love the location, the staff, the food, and the hospitality. Great place for all types of celebrations. My wife and I were newly wed, and the staff was super awesome. They set up our room flowers petals on our bed and with lights. We had the best time. Thank you so much

I didn't like cause it was too short, we were there 8 days and it went by too fast..other than that, there's nothing about Scarlett bungalow resort and the staff that I didn't like, staff was amazing.
