Pas de mobilier extérieur sur la terrasse. On ne peut donc pas profiter de l’extérieur. Pas de parasol autour de la piscine Deco minimaliste. Manque vraiment de cocooning

The perfect location on Long Set beach, a short walk from the Jetty. The beach in front of the property is perfect and spotless. The resort is private and relaxed with a great restaurant and bar but there are many other restaurants and bars nearby if you want to explore. We stayed for 8 nights so mixed it up. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds and there are also sun beds in the shade on the beach. Our room/bungalow was cool and comfortable with a good air conditioner and a comfortable bed. There are many options for water activities or bike hire so we explored the island. We had everything we needed but our stay was made even better by the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and kind and delightful with our one year old granddaughter, often amusing her while we ate. Thanks to everyone and a special shout out to Mr Vannak, 'T' and Sey ha. who were wonderful. See you next year!

The staff were excellent! Mr. Wey was so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. He even came to say goodbye to us when we got on the ferry back to Phnom Penh! All staff very welcoming and smiley. Great value for money and a gorgeous location. The boat trip was the most fun!

The rooms were clean but basic. Sometimes there were mosquitoes in the room but the staff do provide you with mosquito spray.

Belle plage..

Stayed at the Scarlett Sails resort for our duration whilst at Koh Rong island. The hotel was nice, had a good location and was reasonably priced. The staff were nice and friendly until something went wrong, which is a shame.

We asked the hotel to do our laundry as a service they offer, for both our clothes it came to a total price of £15 British pounds. We have been travelling for three months now and this has been the most expensive laundry wash yet. I also asked the staff why it was so expensive and they said it was their price… After 24 hours we returned to collect our clothes where two items of clothing were severely stained to the point they turned a different colour and were completely ruined, along with two other items damaged and socks all turned blue rather than white. We went to reception to make them aware of this and they advised they would wash again and to come back in another 24 hours. Returned after this point where the two items were completely ruined and unfixable. They advised it is not their fault and that it is in the T&C’s that clothes are washed at our own risk and that they would only refund us 10% of how much the clothes weighed. At this point we are extremely frustrated as they have ruined £40 worth of clothes and also in addition we still paid £15 of our own money for the washing. We were not happy. The hotel settled and bribed us that they would only give us the money for the clothes if we were to leave a 5* review on the website and not to give a bad one….. Upon leaving the hotel advised us that their glass water tumbler had smashed in the fridge (as they had provided water which wasn’t cold and in 31 degrees heat you can imagine this is warm, we put the tumbler in the fridge). The glass had smashed and well they then decided to charge £10 for the fact it had smashed…. So they weren’t willing to pay for our goods that they had ruined, but then insisting on charging us £10 for a glass bottle of theirs… Where are the double standards with that? What a shame.

Right in front of the beach but a little outside of the party area so you're close enough to all the facilities but far enough to be able to sleep at night when there's music in the other venues. Buffet breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit.
