Friendly girl at the reception desk, willing to check us in in the middle of the night. Also the staff at the restaurant on the ground floor were nice.

The location of the hotel is not good, especially if you're a solo traveler. Even the driver who took us from the airport to the hotel warned us that is was not a good area of Nairobi. The room was too small and not clean, also full of mosquitoes as the windows had been left open prior to our arrival.
