Neat little apparent with all essentials.

The AC could have been stronger. Barely reached the bedroom. On the end I moved to the "living room" to sleep and closed the bedroom door, to make the temperature ok to sleep.

Близко станция метро, рынок и вокзал. В квартире прекрасная терраса с красивым видом на город. Белоснежные хлопковые полотенца. Мини-кухня, оснащенная всем необходимым. Удобная кровать.

Кондиционер не справлялся со своей задачей, вероятно давно не обслуживался. Очень жарко! Есть с чем сравнить. Квартира только для двоих, очень маленькая. Соседи все курящие. Во дворе строительный мусор, который не впечатляет. "Итальянский дворик" можно было бы и поливать водой для свежести.

The view of the balcony was amazing. You can see all city in front of you. Apartment is cozy and clean. Homeowner was so kind. I would offer this apartment to y all.

The owner was very good to us and stayed up so late to let us in. Very close to the train station.

Chic option in the very center of Tbilisi. Very clean and cozy place. A couple of minutes walk from the railway station. Quiet place with an amazing view of the evening city. Kind and really hospitable hosts, ready to help or answer your questions.

The housing is perfect for its price.

Amazing hostess, very warm and friendly. Big heart, big, big heart. She doesn't speak English, but speaks Russian (and Georgian of course). Really great view over Tbilisi. Near to metro and railway station (you can walk through railway station up the stairs to get to the property). The bed was very comfortable and the air heater/cooler worked well. Refrigerator was good size and had a small freezer as well. Neighborhood quite quiet and grocery stores and shoping center is near, as well as the bazaar. Great location!

Bookings.com (or Google) has listed the property on the wrong address. The location on the map is wrong (not far off, but wrong).

I had an amazing experience during my stay in this apartment in Tbilisi, Georgia. The host was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Despite being small, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the lovely veranda that provided a great city view, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Tbilisi. Moreover, the location was excellent, offering easy access to the city's attractions and convenient public transport options. I enjoyed every moment of my time in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. If you're looking for a welcoming host, a cozy space, and a great city view, this is the perfect choice!

Despite not speaking English, the host was still incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. (Georgian/Russian)
