Very bad experience , Upon arrival, we faced significant difficulty in contacting the owner, as the provided Spanish mobile number was switched off. After numerous attempts and a wait of over an hour in direct sunlight with my family, communication was finally established. Despite having a confirmed booking at an agreed price, an additional charge of approximately $50 USD was requested before the keys were handed over. Given our exhaustion from a long drive and the presence of family, we reluctantly accepted this unexpected charge. Meanwhile we tried to contact Booking.com support service, after automated phone answer we hold more than ten minutes and no response from support service. Furthermore, upon checking into the accommodation, we discovered several deficiencies: • The air conditioning in both bedrooms was non-functional due to incomplete installation. • There was no dustbin provided. • The hot water line was closed. • A microwave, which we had anticipated, was not available. • A shataf was missing in the toilet. We hope this feedback is received constructively. It appears there may be areas for improvement in guest communication, adherence to booking terms, and property readiness.
