The apartment was very spacious with a private bathroom.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy, but there was a fan on the wall that was more than enough to sleep.

We like this place as has an kitchen and was a good location

nice aircon, fridge included, comfy bed

having to collect and drop off the keys about 600m away is slightly annoying

Paul the manager was amazing. When we booked we requested a room with a window, which wasn’t available our first night but he set up a room switch for us the day after our check-in (the room we were in originally was much bigger but only had windows on the screen door). Anytime we needed anything, Paul was super quick to respond to our messages, and when we visited him at the Birds Nest (sister location), he gave us tons of information on places we should visit around Kampot and Kep. The property isn’t brand new, but the location, price and cleanliness are worth it

Spacious and clean. Good location. Good AC and shower. The cleaning lady that came by every day was really sweet and offered to take laundry. Helpful owners who speak good English. They run the restaurant Bird’s Nest (about a 5 minute walk from the residence), and it has delicious food (I especially loved the pizza, and I’m picky). The birds nest is where you checkin, and they give you a ride to your apartment.

The apartment we ended up on had no windows, only on the door. The place definitely could use some new paint in the room, but it’s just fine for the price. Also, our apartment was the only one without chairs and a table in front. There was plenty of other seating in the terrace though.
