Очень доброжелательная хозяйка - встретила поздно ночью, проводила с утра. Все очень чисто и уютно. Очень удобные кровати! Останавливались на одну ночь проездом, но хочется вернуться ещё!

Отличное месторасположение. Для меня была важна стоянка для лёгкого автомобиля, учитывая сложности с парковками, на склонах и узких улицах. Так вот здесь стоянка во дворе дома под окнами и закрывается воротами. Всё остальное, тоже всё отлично. Спасибо добрым и приветливым хозяевам.

"Good budget accommodation"

It's a simple guesthouse, don't expect great luxuries. But it's comfortable, cozy, clean, quiet and just a few minutes from Rabati Castle and restaurants. The room has a kettle, a dining table and heating.

Everything was as it said on booking. 😄

"Quiet night sleeping"

Original Armenian bed with wool mattress. Very warm sleeping and a very quiet place. If necessary one could use the airco. The room has traditional furniture, a table, two chairs, a comfy seat and two windows. It looks like a small apartment. In the cozy yard is a beautiful quince tree. There is a wide rocking chair and your car can be parked on site.
