The staff is nice.

The hotel refused to provide an invoice for the stay, pushing it onto Booking.com. However, Booking.com also refused to provide one and demanded that the hotel provide an invoice, regardless of which party it was!

Quit room Comfortable bed

Since turkey phone chargers and all electronics need adapter if u r from out side europ. The hotel should supply adapters . They did not have. Which make me unhappy. I had a hedic in the mid of the night and i ask them for paracetamol. They did not help also with that.
