Welcoming staff, friendly & helpful. Good to see one of the waiting staff promoted to front desk. Very clean

We knew to ask for a room away from the music so no issues this time.

Washroom dental kit was not availbel Commode seat cover was broken I requested non smoking room but mu room was smoking beside change

It’s okay for short term stay.

The hotel is very clean, I liked it, the staff is friendly and well-behaved, I will come again!

The cost of the stay

Faraway from the attraction areas and center of istanbul. Daily cleaning was so bad. No windows in the family suite except in the master bedroom and was facing old scary building. No coffee supply unless I request it from reception.

Breakfast was okay

First, the staffs were very hostile and rude. They locked me outside of my room the 2nd day of my stay because my friend came to visit me in the room. I had to pay 1000 lira for the two guest visit, before the room was opened. They said its on booking.com policy and the hotel's policy, but they were unable to show me the policy when I opened their website and booking.com They did not hide their bias and stereotype I would not recommend Canadians to lodge in this hotel ever.
