We are required to take a copy of guest official ID upon check-in, in accordance with in-country rules and for security purposes and guest safety. After guests have checked in any refunds are dealt with through booking.com not the host. We provide room cleaning every three days. Requests for any additional cleaning required during your stay will be charged. - Friendly rules: +No smoking indoors + No large parties + Quiet hours after 10.30pm Minors must be accompanied Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and animals are strictly prohibited. We have a standby generator in case of power cuts.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
