Casa Xelaju Apartments

I was a student at the Casa Xelajú Spanish School many years ago, so when I decided to take a return trip to Xela, I knew I wanted to stay here. The apartments have a perfect location near the Parque Central in Xela. Because they are attached to a Spanish school, ]it can be a little bit noisy with lots of people around. But the beds are comfy, the rooms are well stocked (including with an\espresso machine and purified water), and it has everything you could need for one night or many months in the beautiful city of Xela. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our 1 week stay here in Casa Xelaju. I think we got a great deal over Easter, but it was great. Own kitchn, bedroom, dining table, bathroom. We had drinking water, a fridge, oven, microwave, stove to cook our meals. 5 to 10 min walk to Parque Central, we even did a few walks from town. Staff were super friendly and helpful, there is also a good visitor guide provided by place. Really enjoyed it.

No house keeping for the week, however you could pay for house keeping if you wanted.

This apartment had everything we needed, including a living room, full kitchen including coffee maker, bedroom and bathroom. It's cool in the morning in xela. Luckily this apartment has large south facing windows in every room so the sun quickly heats the place up in the mornings. Location is good and It's a 10 minute walk to the central park. Very secure and staff are very helpful. Our room was up 2 flights of circular stairs so we had an excellent view of the city from our porch. Good water pressure and hot water. Would definitely stay there again.

It can be cool in xela so bring some warm clothes

Spacious, quiet, full kitchen facilities, near to town center

Beautiful, large apartment with mountain views. Only a ten-minute walk to Parque Central but very quiet. Very clean, and free washing machines available next to the lounge. The kitchen was well-equiped with pots, utensils, microwave and toaster. Very friendly staff always available to help out. There is a spanish school on the premises.
