The view was great & hospitality was on spot

Booked in for 3 adults,given a double bed to share. The room was not equipped for 3 people, eventually they added a bed when we requested. They were not prepared to receive us- seems like they gave us the room based on us checking in, quite unprofessional.

Coupure d’eau pendant la douche , porte défectueuse, pas de serviettes de bain pour prendre une douche . Obligé de changer de chambres . Pas possibilité d’accès à la piscine bondée par les enfants des locaux .

Excellent hotel to stay in Port Moresby The rooms are clean, high quality and pleasant to use. The hotel's general maintenance team, room service, bell boys, waiters, receptionists, maintenance staff and more. All are polite, smiling and welcoming. The service I received from all the staff was perfect and professional. The food was of a high standard and extremely tasty. It is clear that the chefs at the hotel care about the guest's enjoyable culinary experience. I especially enjoyed the professional service of the hostesses in the restaurant of ila and Nina The hotel manager Mr. Shankar gave me personal attention and asked how I was every day we saw each other, he walks around a lot to see that everything is functioning to his satisfaction... His team of deputies, Mrs. Kalpana and Mr. Dabsis are at any given moment where there is activity in the hotel. Whether it is to see that everything is perfect in the restaurant or at events in the hotel halls... As someone who comes from the hotel industry in Israel, I highly recommend this Hotel as the crown jewel of Port Moresby
