"call to confirm your reservation. they don’t check their email"

I booked a reservation and processed to drive the 3.5 hours to the hotel through harrowing mountain roads just to get there and be told they were closed. they didn’t check their booking.com reservations. we drove home as the day was completely wasted. will never attempt to go there again
