Hotel razaB

Staff was very understanding as I had to do an extremely late check-in (at 3a.m) due to the commute time with the last bus, coming in from another city. The hotel is relatively new (you can still see some renovation works here & there) but it didn't bother me the least bit! Amenities provided were incredibly useful for travellers and you'd be glad to have them, facilities were new & cozy, location was quite central (only a few stops away from the bus terminal) and it's walking distance to the nearest bus stop. The hotel was also about 6-8 mins walking distance to Jukdo Market and was surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants/cafes & shops when you're at the main street. Eric & another lady were friendly & assisted me during my stay with questions on local sights/transport and I've had a pleasant time chatting with them. I also found out that my rooms were upgraded during my stay (extended 1 more night and had to switch room) & truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the hotel. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed throughout my trip in Korea!

Hotel razaB is very close to Jukdo Fish Market and the river.There is a large church nearby and Pohang Riverwalk is close by. Renovations are in progress and almost complete. RazaB is developing a “Touch of Class” with huge windows/door panels the length of the lobby allowing for lots of natural lighting. New tables and comfortable chairs were added in the lobby area plus a separate computer area. Reception area is really nice too. Parking is well defined in front and on the side of the building. Beautiful landscaping was added outside, in the entry and on each floor level. The entire staff we met were exceptional, personable, and professional -some of the best we have encountered. A hotel becomes a home away from home. We stayed there a week. We were treated like family. Park Su Jung went out of her way to help us find our way home the first night we were there. Park Yong Soo is quite knowledgeable, a good listener, pays attention to details and treats his staff with respect. He is proud of his staff and hotel and made a special effort to make us feel comfortable. Seo Won Chae keeps the facility very clean and helped us with luggage. Andrew, the newest employee has lots of experience with hotel service and he treated us very kindly. He was a good listener and communicated well. All the staff members we met smiled a lot. We liked the bed, pillows and lighting. The shower was wonderful. If we return to Pohang Korea, we will stay here again.

It would be nice to have shelving in the rooms for long term stay ( that might still be part of renovation). Unfortunately the beautiful tiled floor in the bathroom was angled wrong preventing the water to drain properly. A bathroom squeeze would help move most of the water to the drain.

I like the bathroom facilities, and the bedroom. The shampoo and body wash scented very nice! Basically I'm satisfied with everything provided here. Located at quiet zone, they even have tea and coffee prepared in every room.

If there's at least one more staff at the reception, that would be better.

The room is comfortable and the bathroom is big for one person, it has small fridge too and. They have their own room deodorizer spray. The staff are very helpful, if I have questions and requests they answer it in their most helpful way, they even called a cab for me upon check out.

Colored or flashy signage outside can be helpful in finding the hotel.

Location

It wasn’t clean

The location is near to Jukdo market, very convenience to take bus or taxi. The room is clean, and staff was helpful even though they don't know how to speak english.

The room is small for both of us. but we aware as its consider good enough for korea standard.
