To use the property's free shuttle service, please make a reservation in advance. The shuttle is available daily between the hotel and JR Noboribetsu station or Nobribetsu bus stop from 08:00 until 18:00. Be sure to inform the property of your pick- up time. *For reservations on the same day arrival, please call the property directly. For all other times, please use a taxi. Please note that taxis are available from 7:30 in the morning. For departures earlier than this time, guests must walk to the station for approximately 30 minutes. Additional fees apply for children ages 2 years and below who need an additional futon bedding and meals. Please contact the property directly for more information. Please note that there are no restaurants or supermarkets around the property. You must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. Please contact the property directly if you plan to check in after 17:30. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The property has a curfew at 23:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time. Please be informed that guestrooms are located on the ground and 2nd floors, and upper story rooms are not available.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
