Одним из главных критериев выбора квартиры была ванная, но она была не рабочая,только в режиме душа, я написал через букинг о проблеме,меня проигнорили, грязные ложки и вилки были сложены вместе.

It was a terrible experience. The sofa was broken. It was impossible to sleep on it, as was the section of the single bed, which had no legs. There was nothing for a fifth person, no towels, no bed linens, even though we booked a room for five. And at 7 PM, a guy showed up without knocking to fix something, even though they had plenty of time to do it between 10 AM and 4 PM, which is the check-in time. He didn't even apologize for coming, but he still didn't fix anything. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it. Please don't be fooled by the pretty photos.
