Walking distance to Mount Bromo. Water dispenser in the room, with hot water. Partly hot shower. Comfortable bed and ok clean. Cheap tour offer for Ijen (compared to other offers).

Very tiny room. The room was stuffy and it smelled extremely strongly of toilet cleaner (these stones) and the bathroom door couldn't be closed completely. Even after we removed them, the smell didn't go away. All of our clothes now stink of toilet cleaner. High humidity - but ok it was raining a lot.

No hot water for the shower. Quite dirty toilet. Mouldy place. Door not locking properly.

The location is excellent, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Some other locals helped me with my room when I was early, which I appreciated. Hiking Mt Bromo was incredibly easy based from here. The room was clean and offered drinking water, toilet paper, and a western style toilet. All the outlets worked and there were also a few chairs to sit in, which was nice.

The signage can be a little confusing-I was in the bungalow with the property sign that faces the main street, which means that people were always knocking on my door looking for the owner. Pro tip: most of the rooms are down the alley to the left of this bungalow. The water for showering in my bungalow was not heated, and neither was the room itself, which made showering unappealing in the cold.
