L'emplacement en plein centre, l'ascenseur, l'équipement, la réactivité de l'équipe lorsque nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude.

La clim n'est que dans la pièce avec canapé convertible. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, pour aérer il faut ouvrir la porte d'entrée et juste un ventilateur dans cette piece, devoir payer 20€ pour une arrivée à 21€, le bruit de la rue (raisonne)

La situation de l'appartement est idéal pour découvrir Turin.

Il n'y avait pas de canapé ni de lave vaisselle comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que nos documents d'identités ( passeport et carte d'identité) soient photographiés recto-verso. La trace de ces documents est inconnue et donc un usage malveillant n'est pas à exclure. Ils nous parait suffisant de présenter nos documents d'identités pour assurer que nous sommes bien les clients attendus. Merci de vos réponses.

La ubicación es genial, estás en el centro total y al lado de una plazita con ambiente para comer o cenar.

La cama hacia algo de ruido al tumbarte. Tu imos que planchar la ropa encima de la cama ya que no habia una tabla de planchar.
