Posizione ottima unica nota stonata 4.piano ascensore piccolo casa troppo accaldata anche con un solo condizzionatore troppo piccolo.

1. No cleaning product is provided for washing up of dishes. 2. Not enough toilet paper. 3. Bed linen and towels are not changed regardless of the length of stay. 4. Rubbish bins are not emptied. 5. No air conditioning provided

The apartment was nice, clean, and conveniently located. We could easily walk to many nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. Although self check-in wasn’t available, a staff member met us on arrival and kindly explained everything we needed to know.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, even after we tried restarting it. We also had to sign a contract — which wasn’t a major issue — but it was only provided in Italian. While the staff member gave us a brief translation, it would be helpful to have such documents available in English so guests can fully understand what they’re signing.

Very well located and in the center of Torino! The early access to the appartment was greatly appreciated. The appartment was nice and luminous.Lots and caffè and restaurants nearby.

Be aware that being central goes with quite noisy from the street and the piazza nearby as well as from the nextdoor appartment. The mattress was too soft and very uncomfortable for us. It lacked a kettle to boil some water for tea in the morning.
