Very clean and well located with parking very nearby. Nice coffee/ tea available with communal kitchen dining area

It is in Verona. Nothing else.

Noise, paper thin walls, no privacy, no toiletries, no cleaning- no one takes away trash, constant white noise at night, just avoid it!

Retro stylish design , very friendly host with touch for details and great location .

Nothing , all was good . You need a car or taxi to go to Verona center if you cannot walk. We walked , and it was no problem, takes about 15-20min

The beds are rather uncomfortable and I think could do with an update. The location is quite a walk, about 40 min to the main sights walking. Its a lovely walk but doing it a few times a day is rather intense during the heat! There are council bikes to rent next door which we did and made our stay a lot more convenient.

Pier was very helpful and attentive to all our questions. Communication was flawless.

The AC didn’t work properly. It was uncomfortable to rest in the room.

Lovely property, very unique. Comfortable and not too far from the main part of town as long as you can walk easily. The restaurants that were recommended were fantastic. We ate at Ai Pilot and zoster is Al boscare. Both great. Thank you Pier for the recommendation.

Parking is a bit pot luck, but we did find one!

Everything as described. Expectations met. Extra bonus - nice, competent and helpful service (Pier)
