Tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ils vous attendent, garde une place de de parking et prennent le temps de vous accueillir et vous donner toutes les informations nécessaires.

Host was very helpful. She met us and explained different things and provided maps. Made everything easier to navigate.

Elevator a bit small and parking can be tricky since only residents can park near the building but it worked out in the end.

Hi all, I can't describe everything, but I'll try. Federica and Francesco are incredible and wonderful, caring hosts. They told us about everything: where to eat, where to go, everything about Cinque Terre and La Spezia and helped us find free parking nearby. Their apartments have absolutely everything and even homemade and delicious limoncello))) The apartments are located close to the train station and are convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre, as well as within walking distance to the old town of La Spezia and restaurants. I recommend! Thank you guys! You are the best!

It’s well situated, cozy, very well decorated and well equipped. We loved all the small attentions such as the slippers for example, the things such as jam or Nutella and biscuits or cereals and milk left for breakfast. Se liked that some things were available in the fridge. we loved the helpful recommendations for the Cinque Terre and for the restaurants in La Spezia. Also loved ( and we should have begun with that !) that they managed to be there upon our arrival to reserve a parking spot which is not easy to Find in La Spezia.

Appartamento carinissimo situato in prossimità della stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro curato nei minimi dettagli, dall’area colazione, all’area notte. Bagno pulitissimo e preparato in maniera impeccabile. Ma la cosa migliore del nostro soggiorno è stata l’accoglienza da parte degli host, persone gentilissime e disponibili, che ci hanno aiutato prima, dopo e durante il soggiorno! Fornendoci info in merito alla prenotazione, a preziosi consigli per visitare il territorio sempre con il sorriso e grande cordialità. Grazie ancora per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile e a 5 stelle!
