Room was falsely advertised and double booked, property owner said he would refund me the full amount then said he would refund me 10£ and didn’t make good on his word, I didn’t even stay the night as I felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place at all. This is a robbery. Please avoid.

The property was located in a peaceful and quite location

To begin with , I feel it was a scam. I booked for a private room paying opting for the double bed. Once I got to the property I was informed there are no rooms only a futon in the living room of the property . In addition, the living room had to be shared with another guest , who had the same experience. We both were in dire situations, me having an exam next morning and the other person needing to catch a flight . So we had no option but-to haul there for the night. And the futon was incredibly uncomfortable and I had to give my exam in a sleep deprived state. The images and the advert for the property were misleading . Not a pleasant experience

Location for the coop live music venue was perfect. Clean bedroom and bathroom

Driving in the area didn't seem great. Presentation of the front of the house is not a good start. Rubble on drive could be cleared and the garden area is a mess. The cable running across the hall to the outside shed, etc. The second bedroom bed is small. But for the price met our needs well

Mr Ease is very friendly man, offered me a coffee and had spent some time chatting to me.

I didn't get the private room i booked. He called the night before saying that the room wasn't available. I could ask for a refund or take the shared room. I went for the second option as I didn't have time to search for another accommodation. The "shared room" is his kitchen with 2 single beds and no doors, actually. It is disappointing that NO DISCOUNT IT WAS OFFERED.

the room wasn’t even a room, it was the kitchen and front room area WITH NO DOOR. they leave the house completely open so you can easily be robbed. and only lock the door at midnight

had much better than this for less money the two sofa beds downstairs would only be fit for children and in the kitchen area open plan if i wanted tea or coffee no kettle in room i would have to disturb the person on the sofa bed downstairs no privacy i had the bedroom as advertised but layout not as described
