the airfreshner they spray in the rooms is overpowering. We had to open windows. Otherwise very happy with everything

The staff was wonderful, so helpful. The hotel has a deal with two different area restaurants that will pick you up and bring you back to the hotel, which was nice on a rainy night. Our room backed on to a tiny courtyard with a lemon tree it was lovely to sit out there at night with a glass of wine.

Not a dislike but worth noting the hotel is on a one way street and transport drops you off at the top of the street and you have to walk your luggage to and from to hotel from there.

Lovely property (better than the photos). Staff were very hospitable, room was very spacious and clean. Was also nice to have access to the courtyard garden.

Breakfast service was really good. The locations was very good. The beds were very comfy and big. The place was very clean. Overall the service and staff have been amazing.

The quality and choice of breakfast was ok but could be improved. Based on pictures of the room we expected to have a terrace but we only had a window unfortunately.

Rooms were comfy, linen was clean.

The bathroom cubicle door was getting stuck and wouldn’t open from the inside. As a first time tourist, not getting a cab because flight was delayed was a major inconvenience. I don’t fault the hotel staff as they tried their best but it was not a highlight for us to turn up on our own and unable to locate the place at night.

Prior to arriving at the hotel, the staff was very helpful in preparing for our visit. We were able to send in copies of our passports and select our breakfast from the menus online prior to our arrival. Once we arrived it was just a matter of collecting our key and being shown to our room. The room could not have been better. We had plenty of space with a large bathroom, plenty of storage space, a refrigerator and a lovely shaded sitting area with table and chairs outside our room. The location was about a 5-7 minute walk to the pedestrian area where there was plenty of restaurants and shopping. There is a nice local grocery store 3-4 minutes from the hotel but a larger one inside the gates of the pedestrian area. The ground of the hotel are beautiful with mature trees and plants. It is well maintained and inviting. We sere served breakfast each morning in their lovely outdoor gardens. The pictures that you see on the site are accurate, but better when you see it in person. And, the staff could not have been more helpful. They were happy to help us with any of our requests. They recommended two restaurants that provided a car service that picked us up and brought us back after dinner. We enjoyed both evenings and the food was excellent. I could not rate this hotel and the staff high enough. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to any of my friends. Thank you for the wonderful time in Sorrento!!!

The hotel is on a side street which was difficult for one of the taxi drivers to find coming from the Naples airport. Ours had no trouble but other family members took longer. There is a hotel at the corner which was our usual pick up point when we arranged for a driver. The name of the hotel is Hotel Leone. Once you park in front of hotel Leone, the hotel is 1/2 block on the left.

Great location less then 5 minutes walk to the old town of sorrento.

Lovely and charming and very comfortable. Great host. The patio was great for us to get together!

Difficult to get to and from the main road and having to walk with luggage from road to the hotel was tough as we are all senior citizens!
