The apartment had everything you need for cooking, beds were comfortable, rooms good size, air conditioners were working perfectly, swimming pool was nice, not busy at all there. The Bolsena lake was really close, there is a very nice cafe close to apartment where you can go for coffee, pizza or drink in the evening. Really loved staying there!

Great pool and grass area for our kids. Nice and quiet location. Short walk to town

Location privacy access security swimming excellent WiFi and the lovely cleaning lady who worked so hard to make our stay special.

Contents of kitchen needed updating. There was no kettle initially but when I asked one was quickly provided - many thanks. Kitchen needed a small saucepan and plastic containers for leftover food. (No kitchen scissors).There needed to be a continuation of the rail upstairs - coming down at the top of the stairs was dangerous - one could easily fall.

Extra items needed in the kitchen (baking tray, fish slice, only 1 tea towel for 5 days) Better sun loungers needed A bit clinical looking on pics but it was actually really nice.

Honestly amazing These new apartments are in great location. Very quiet. Close to the beach also has a pool and the hotel pool. Staff very helpful. Apartment had air conditioning 😌 , very clean and spacious rooms. Parking available. Parking, gates area. Our stay was 👏
