All generous size rooms. The house felt very spacious

The beds were a bit too soft , but this may just be my personal preference

Beds could do with mattress toppers as can feel the two beds together seem.

The house was great, easily large enough for our group.of 13. Hot tub was fab and when we had a small issue with it, it was resolved with no problems. Great location for the beach Bbq was great.

If staying more than a few nights a washing machine and tumble dryer would be required.

Fantastic property for a family get together for our Mums 80th birthday celebrations. Spotlessly clean, all bedrooms very spacious and a bonus all being en-suite. Kitchen well equipped with more than enough crockery, glasses, seating etc for large gatherings. We had gorgeous weather so could enjoy the garden and hot tub to the full. We didn’t have any charcoal for the bbq but asked the hot tub maintenance man and within 5 minutes he had brought a large bag round. Location so close to the beautiful beach, Cliff Hotel, restaurants and cafes. Cannot recommend this beautiful property enough. Thank you we had a fabulous stay.

Very minor but for full occupancy the fridge could be bigger

The house was beautiful. All the rooms were lovely. There was lots of room. Loved the hot tub. Great house for a family get together. Great location for the beach. Lovely sea view from some of the bedrooms. Although there is no parking, and the road had no spaces for parking as quite busy in the area, it was good to be told we could park at the hotel if needed.

There was nothing we didn't like but we would like to suggest the following as improvements: Lights in the garden. It was very dark when sitting around the table. Although some lighting came from the lamppost behind the property and the outside lights, they were not sufficient for the table area. Some Fairy lights or another outside light would be good. The hall lighting on the top floor did not switch off. The other hall lighting was sensor driven but the top one never turned off. Had to use a towel against the door to stop light filtering through. A mirror in the downstairs toilet. This would have been great - save going all the way upstairs to look in a mirror when needed. A bigger fridge - with there being so many of us all bringing food and drink a bigger fridge would have been good.

Lovely house, nice size for a large group. The house itself was clean and the location is fab.

We had received confirmation that an early check in (2pm-3pm) would be accommodated. We were then advised that the hotel reception were not made aware of that so we had to occupy ourselves until 4pm. We couldn’t get the hob working, we called the number which was left on the laminated sheet and left a voicemail but no one got back to us - this limited what we could cook during our stay. There was a chipped glass and chipped cup in the cupboard, luckily we noticed before using them as would have been dangerous. There seemed to be remanence of a leak on ceiling in the lounge. The glass roof was also filthy. This section of the lounge is completely overlooked by next door with two windows looking directly in with no blinds high up. There was a lot bird poo on the patio in the garden, appreciate there’s little that can be done to stop it but a power wash wouldn’t go a miss so it’s less unsightly. The net above the hot tub was also filthy.

The only thing I didn't like was the step down into the garden from French doors is very high could do with another step, my dad has had a hip replacement and struggled with this x

Coral House is fantastic. Usually for a house of that size, you'd expect a mix bag of room sizes but every room, bar one was huge. The smaller one fit 2 singles in very nicely and was perfect for kids. We didn't realise that every room was ensuite so that was a great bonus. Wardrobes and drawers in each room too. Mini toiletries in each room and most rooms had a hairdryer too. Living room has 2 zones which worked great for a kids space and a grown up space whilst all being together. The location is fantastic, just a stones throw from the beach. There's a bus stop opposite and transport seems pretty decent to Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Norwich. Check in/out was really easy and convenient. Good communication from the host regarding bed layout/ and queries prior to our stay. We've already recommended to other relatives and we'd happily come stay again.

The property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. When we had to call the staff they were very helpful and polite

The only thing that let the property down was the neighbours who were incredibly noisy, playing music very loud, to the point we could not hear our own, and being very loud outside until the early hours of the morning. The staff did try to sort this by calling them and asking them to keep the noise down, but this only had an effect for a short time. Judging by the other neighbours, this issue has been going on for a long period of time.
