I liked the room itself and the staff were all so welcoming and gracious. The room was excellent with the private bath and even the great amenities. Comfortable, cozy and warm, it did exceed our expectations. I love the quality amenities offered (love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus all the others in the bathroom, by the way). I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

There was a bit of a language problem so we didn't really know if breakfast was offered along with the booking or we had to pay extra. Most of the brochures and information materials were in Japanese so it was difficult to add services we would have liked. The room needs more power outlet/sockets. The lack of signage directing guests to the location is also a factor as it was a bit difficult to find the main entrance.

nothing good about this hotel except front desk employees were nice

inconvenient location no shuttle some foods were served cold which should served hot such as miso soup, chawanmushi etc.,
