The bed. I stay away one day most weeks between March and and October this was the worst mattress I’ve slept on in years.

Nice location and we'll looked after grounds and clubhouse. Reception was clean and welcoming and staff professional and friendly.

Room not perfectly clean with cobwebs and carpet not overly clean but only really noticed that as had to crawl on the floor to find earing dropped. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was not the best quality but adequate.

Nit much. We decided to upgrade to the better rooms but they were still just average

Sound proofing between rooms was very poor- our neighbours left their noisy bathroom fan on all evening and didn't switch off until 12 midnight and back on at 6.30am . We could clearly hear their conversations. The pillows were thin and hard- one pillow not enough and two was too much and had a stiff neck.

The receptionist on our arrival was lovely.

All seemed a little tired.
