"Lovely time in Budapest, beware the property has no elevator."

The apartment was actually lovely, the pictures were accurate, the beds were comfortable, it was spacious, had all of the facilities it claimed except for one (see below)

The apartment advertised that it had an elevator and I didn't ask what floor it was on because of that. The property is in the 3rd floor and the ceilings are very high. Our family group included a toddler and my 85 year old mother. It was difficult for my mother to climb all those the stairs and for my daughter to carry the toddler. I asked the property for compensation but they first stated that they didn't add the elevator feature (false) and then didn't reply to further queries. I will say that Booking.com were very good and gave me some compensation. I hope the property took off the elevator from the description for future guests.

Very spacious place.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. It’s very inconvenient in a hot days.
