HAPPY VIEW Appartement

View is nice, but like in 80% of properties in Kruce (the hill gives beautiful view to almost all houses)

The apartment is only 35 square meters, not 50 as advertised – very misleading. The sewage system is also quite poor, with a constant unpleasant smell throughout the stay. The hosts were extremely unwelcoming. I had clearly requested accommodation for 4 adults and a small child, but Booking confirmed only 4 adults, which I overlooked. Upon arrival, the lady host reacted aggressively to the presence of my 6-year-old child, demanding extra payment and repeatedly insisting it was unacceptable. Despite my attempt to calmly explain the misunderstanding and willingness to pay, they continued arguing for nearly two hours and charged €23 per night for the child – the same rate as an adult, which is absurd. They also offered me €20 discount on total amount only if I canceled the reservation through Booking so they could avoid paying commission. I declined and paid in full. For this kind of treatment, especially over a child, they deserve no more than 1 star.

Apartment ist nahe zum Strand. Tolle Aussichten. Relativ ruhig.

Leider für die älteren Menschen oder Menschen mit Gehbehinderung absolut nicht geeignet. Zu steil und viele Treppen. In der Küche gibt es nur kaltes Wasser.

The bed was comfortable and all the sheets and towels that we had smelled really nice and fresh. The location is the best you can find in Kruče, since it's a 2min walk to the beach!

Near the beach, the apartment was clean, nice view. The matress was really comfortable.

Although everything was as advertise, a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would be good if internet was added as facility, or even local internet card was offered as additional extra to be paid. At the end we needed to also get rid of the garbage ourselves. Although it's not big trouble, it sure is the first time we were asked in any of our holidays. Additionally we had to find tourist info and pay the local tax by ourselves. Again, this is something that owners did in every of our trips before. Overall, as advertised and good value for money, but would benefit if these suggestions are taken in consideration.
