Although the location isn't quite far the road made it a bit hard to navigate to but the place was quite nice and very quite.

Difficulty of moving to the main road and everything esle a little bit far

"Quiet & spacious but overall it was at best average, too many shortcomings."

Design & plenty space. Quiet, nice garden & greenery. Proximity to town - (Other travelers state its too far but if you have a motorbike this is no issue at all, it's only 10 min.). Kitchen & utensils were adequate but however no gas bottle connected to cook (we didn't request about it too).

From our bungalow the shower was not 100% full-proof/private. Backdoor was barely closeable due to an overgrown backyard. No soap/shampoo supplied. No drinking water; there was a big filtering pot but however nearly empty... it was never filled. Broken and moldy smelling towels. Cleanliness was average and there was no cleaning or towel changes during our 3-night stay. The water cooker on half full took at least 20 min. to reach boiling point. We didn't use the pool. Property needs extra care and shortcomings need to be tackled. On the other hand the price is low for a spacious bungalow but then for the same price I prefer a smaller bungalow where all/most is in order.

La piscina. Únicos huéspedes.

La ubicación. No hay servicio de desayuno, comida ni cena. Cambio de humor del personal. No hubo cambio de sabana/toallas ni limpieza de habitación en 4 noches. Acceso complicado.

Villa indépendante et seuls locataires du lieu. Gentillesse des gérants.

Vétusté du lieu (travaux de rafraîchissement + remplacement mobilier annoncés par les propriétaires) + manque de propreté

Nous sommes venus en couple et avons absolument tout aimé ! La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et parfaitement entretenue, idéale pour se détendre. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Un grand merci à Sébastien, le gérant, pour son accueil chaleureux, et à Bastouille au bar, pour ses cocktails et sa bonne humeur communicative ! La piscine est un vrai plus, tout comme les petits espaces lounge autour. L’ambiance est calme et relaxante, tout en étant proche du centre de Kampot. Un vrai petit coin de paradis, que je recommande à 100 % !
