"מיקום קרוב מאוד להכל וצוות ממש דואג לאורחים"

קבלה מעולה הייתה לנו וזריזה, יחס ודיבור חם, שאלו מה אנחנו צריכים עוד וכל דבר ממש בזריזות ויעילות טיפלו בצרכים שלנו. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד, סוכה ענקית ומכובדת מאוד. גם הסדרנים של החדרים דאגו לנו ושאלו אם חסר משהו והכל בסדר, הלוואי בכל מלון היה צוות כזה

הלובי בכניסה של המלון הייתי מקפיד לנקות אותו בתדירות יותר גבוה(יש תזוזה כל רגע שם מובן אבל הרצפה שם הייתי יותר מרוצה אם היו מנקים אותה יותר) וגם לשים מפיצים ריח או משהו אחר שיהיה יותר נעים בכניסה כזה לאורחים

"Centrally located, walking distance to everything I needed"

Location

Breakfast was huge, but hot dishes eg eggs, were cold. Last morning everything was obviously reheated (but still cold). Also disappointed that the coffee was instant. Hotel was not clean in common areas
