It was a pleasant room. I didn't eat at the hotel but it did look busy especially over shabbat. Helpful staff

Room needed dusting The beds need mattress and pillow protectors. The mattress was new it would be a shame for it to be ruined. The pillow were clean but without protectors they too will quickly ruin.

Some staff was very helpful. Other staff was indifferent.

Rooms are below hotel grade. (eg. Only one waste basket only in the lavatory.) The halls are dark and dingy. The local construction affects arrival negatively. Many stairs to climb to reach the lobby from the street.

Room was freezing cold. All I could do was turn off ac. Used 3 blankets. Food was miserable, some hard and stale

Food awful and room very clean but cold.
