Sehr sauber und tolle Lage

Wenn man sich ein Frühstück mit Wurst, Käse und Eiern vorstellt gibt es das nicht. Jedoch Kaffee, Tee, Marmelade, Jogurt, Müsli ist vorhanden.

Good bathroom

Located in old town, not accesible by car nor motorcycle, no motorcycle garage/parking. Despite "Breakfast included" description there was no breakfast; old toast, some Nutella and jam; could not make a breakfast for ourselves as there's no kitchen facilities to prepare one. No A/C which is a must in June/July, lake proximity, need to dehumidify the air. Due to the noisy neighborhood, all windows must be closed.

The location is super, just in the historical center of Verbania. Very tidy and clean rooms. A little balcony to have breakfast -just lovely.

Very strange experience - no chance to cook in the kitchen, although it has an oven. I selected the appartement just because of the kitchen. But, all the rest is just perfect.

Lovely tucked away old building but the apartment newly refurbished. Breakfast on the wee balcony two floors was great for looking down on life waking up.

Fantastic apartment and central location. Clean, with all the amenities that you need. Will be returning to Casa Sabina.
