Eliot Hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly

One of the room was too small. Also the beds were not able comfortable for sleep.

The location is really good, within walking distance to everything The staff are very friendly and welcoming

Although it was very clean and the room was comfortable it would really benefit from the interior being modernised There was a time slot for breakfast which was quiet early considering check out is not till 11am The breakfast portion was also quiet disappointing with there being literally 2 tea spoons of beans in the plate with the full English breakfast

Cleanliness comfy bed

Breakfast served 8 to 9 on a Sunday morning I thought was too early breakfast very basic and I felt I was being rushed to check out hoover and bed linen outside my room at 8 30 when I went for breakfast and when I come back to my room to get dressed the cleaner knocked and walked in at 9 30 when check out is 11 o’clock felt rushed to check out

Location was topnotch

We weren't expecting an old age home as a hotel. Couldn't see any other families other than grandpas and grannys. No disrespect, but we would've liked knowing this upfront.
