"Superb stay"

Location is great, easy walk into Stratford centre. Car parking available. Breakfast not included but Alex, the host, gave us a list of lovely cafes/restaurants to try. Alex was really friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her.

"Fantastic for an overnight stay"

A lovely big room with big twin beds, quiet and very. Lean but the guest house is made by the warmth and friendliness of the owner who was more than happy to provide recommendations. Parking was definitely a bonus too

Great location for visiting Stratford & environs. Warm welcome from Alex who was helpful in recommendations of restaurants & cafes. Basic room, clean & with all the necessities. Car parking space very useful.
