Casa Carmen

Die Wohnung ist nur einpaar Minuten vom Strand entfernt, wir waren drei Personen und es war perfekt aufgeteilt, der Ausblick ist einfach nur überwältigend jeden tag ein meeresausblick, wirklich wunderschön. Es gibt essensmöglichkeiten in der nähe auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist in der nähe. Anna hat immer einen tipp parat gehabt wenn man nachgefragt hat.

Nichts

The apartment has a very large terrace with a wonderful view. The bedrooms were clean, the bathroom tidy and equipped with all necessary hygiene products. In the kitchen we found coffee, sugar, and spices. The host Anna was extremely kind and answered all our questions.

However, the kitchen area could have been cleaner – the countertops didn’t seem properly cleaned, and items in the drawers and cupboards were quite disorganized. Parking is also a bit difficult.

Minden csodálatos volt ! A kilátás a terasz a lakás is és a környezet csodálatos ! A szállásadó is maximálisan segítőkész és kedves volt a kommunikáció során! Egyszóval is csak ajánlani tudom . Biztos , hogy visszatérek ebbe a lakásba !

Parking

The view was amazing. The location was great. Easy to find parking for two cars. Host responds instantly via WhatsApp. Bus stop to Taoromina is 5 minutes walk and 3€ for a return ticket. Don't drive there, take the 15 minute bus!

87 steps to the fourth floor apartment. For us it was fine, but be cautious if you're with elderly or disabled.

La casa è molto bella e ristrutturata di recente, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, lavatrice e balcone grande e da film con vista panoramica sul golfo di giardini di Naxos. Bellissimo la sera per cena o semplicemente per rilassarsi davanti quel panorama stupendo. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti utilizzando uno dei 2 sottopassi ( uno a destra e uno a sinistra del palazzo) che passano sotto la ferrovia....quello a destra è più vicino. La proprietaria disponibile ma meglio contattarla via wup perché non parla benissimo l'italiano. La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e ci ha accontentato in ogni richiesta. Spiaggia di Recanati raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti scarsi. Taormina raggiungibile in auto in circa 15 minuti.

-5 piani senza ascensore sono tantissimi, soprattutto con le valige o la spesa. Questo è stata per me l'unico vero problema. -Si può parcheggiare davanti casa ma a Vostro rischio e pericolo perché c'è il divieto di sosta e la strada è strettissima e a doppio senso di circolazione. Si può parcheggiare un po' più avanti a circa 200 metri sempre lungo la strada. -bidet integrato nel wc....meglio che non averlo -il tavolo da pranzo è in balcone ma la tenda parasole era rotta e inutilizzabile (questo a Luglio 2025). Quindi a cena ok, a colazione volendo, a pranzo secondo me è inutilizzabile per il caldo estremo ma tanto noi eravamo sempre in giro a pranzo.
