"Fantastic villa, with a great location, and an amazing host."

The host is super friendly and respectful, and the location is amazing. Less than 10 minutes from the beach line with free and private places. Just near the villa, there are multiple public Taxies (Dulmus) for Bodrum & Gumbet and etc. The facilities are great, and all in great working condition.

The stairs to the roof were too narrow and felt unsafe so we didn't use it much. There is a studio down the building that was separate but attached to the place. They were kind and respectful but I would like to know this condition in advance of booking the place.

"Exceptional"

Incredible property, very well maintained and Mustafa was an excellent host, always on hand for anything we needed. Location was also good, 10min walk to the beach.
