Cedar Scent Guesthouse

Everything about our stay (that matters) was perfect. The owner and staff were very helpful, their recommendation for dinner was amazing, the interior was a great mix of rustic, with stone and wooden building materials, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, solar electricity, hot water, etc.. The fire pit, hammock and swing outside were also a delight. The breakfast the next day was delicious and plenty! But if all of that was not good, the view itself would have made this place worth a visit! What a breathtaking place and lovely view of the cedars of Niha, the coast and the beach. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. Finally, the price for such a stay as a couple was good, but staying as a larger group (up to 8) would make it a steal.

The road there is a little rough, but that's also a plus, since it means you get the privacy and immersion that you want. The internet is also very iffy, but that's really a problem with our internet infrastructure in Lebanon, and no fault of the listing, just be careful if you have an important work meeting or something.

Road to villa should be settled as it is a mountain road, sand and not fit to regular car.

The location was fantastic. A very easy drive from Batroun and within minutes from the small town in the mountains you find this secluded home. We loved the silence and being amongst the Cedars. Facilities are outstanding and everything is very well equipped. A beautiful indoor and outdoor setting. Thoroughly recommend.

We loved everything about this place, it was very fresh and clean and every detail about the house is Done perfectly, the breakfast was so rich and homemade from the mother of the owner, I mean You can never have a better and more authentic breakfast, the owners was so friendly and helpful and made everything perfect for us, planned pur hikes and adventures. One of the best experiences we had in our lifes. If You love nature this is the place for You. We are definitley coming back.
