"Excelente opción en Cusco"

El personal es supremamente amable y servicial. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con todas las amenidades, hay agua caliente siempre, abrigo suficiente e incluso nos suministraron un calentador para la habitación. Es de recalcar que nuestro vuelo de llegada a Cusco fue muy temprano y muy amablemente el personal nos entregó nuestra habitación antes de la hora pactada.

Todo me gustó, es una excelente opción para los viajeros.

La atención del personal, un 100 de 100, en puntuación. El.desayuno saludable, rico. Y variado.

Las almohadas y el colchón no eran de confort. Se dormía mal. La cortina no cerraba bien. La tapa del water se movía.

A equipe foi bastante atenciosa e educada, e os quartos são confortáveis e limpos.

Um dos problemas mais incômodos foi a falta de bebedouro no hotel e, ainda pior, a impossibilidade de comprar água na recepção. O hotel fica em uma área um pouco isolada. Não há mercados, farmácias ou lojas de conveniência por perto. A água quente do banheiro era difícil e no quarto ao lado tiveram problemas com isso. O lanche para viagem que recebemos foi decepcionante.
