Great location

- The host was communicative and delivered our door access code as promised. - The room was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. - My Toyota Tacoma (personal vehicle) fit in the garage, so the garage is VERY large. - How the room was set up and the space was utilized.

- We weren't given a list or told where to locate extra toiletries. - We couldn't find the large trash can mentioned in the instructions, so we couldn't properly dispose of our trash. (I'm convinced the large trash can wasn't on site). - The hygiene products left in the shower seemed out of place. (I don't know if the products were left in the shower for us or)???

Quiet and easy to access, bed was very comfortable!

No cable... we didn't like the available shows on ROK U!! Not able to access Denver news.

Worst experience. Paid in advance, but when we showed up we hadn't received a message with the code to enter property. Tried calling, no answer. After 11 hours on the road, we wanted a shower and dinner .....so, no shower, we went to dinner. At 8pm we finally got a call back, only to be informed the unit hadn't even been cleaned and was not ready for us. At 9pm we finally gained access, only to find the heat off, unit cold as ice. Turned on heater, hit the shower, and .....no soap/body wash. To top it off, the heater in the bathroom was non functional. And then after a good night's sleep (bed was comfy) no creamer for coffee. Took a chance on this place, next time I'll stay in a Motel 6.

I really enjoyed how the room is actually " Cozy" like the Name suggests. If I could I wouldn't mind renting this place. A HUGE plus was how much I liked the shower. It has a rainfall shower head that feels great.

There was nothing I didn't really like however two things of notes that kept this from being 10/10 was that the heater takes about an hour to get the chill out of the room and another hour to really warm it up. The second was that the mini fridge only got cold on the max setting and even then it was not super cold.
