Very cute and quaint. Very close to the college and very dynamic friendly. Very comfortable bed and very quite at night. For our 1 night stay the cozy studio definitely was a pleasure to stay at!!

The TV is outdated which led to some lagginess and is a distance from the router it’s self which caused the tv to disconnect frequently from WiFi. Very easy fix but not an essential that’s needed I feel. :)

This property was a great find. The parking and privacy provided was as stated. The location near the University offered many opportunities for exploration. My husband and I enjoyed the walk along the historic district road to Old Town, which is about one mile.

Very well furnished cosy studio. Everything was clean and check in was clear and simple. We could even park in the house garage.

The only negative is that the internet was truly bad. Useless in fact. It also affects the TV which is Roku. Seems internet could be fixed.
