En calidad/precio, estaba por encima de calidad, cómodo, buena ubicación, solución de problemas, todo exelente, y las reservaciones se respetan si sigues sus normas, es normal que ellos tengan reglas en reservaciones debido a casos pasados, pero en mi opinión y la de mi esposa, conversamos sin pensarlo...

Se fundió un foco en el baño, pero eso estaba fuera

La ubicación es excelente, pero el servicio de la camarera aún más. Olvidé mi cartera y al revisar mi habitación antes de salir me trajo la cartera que había olvidado, eso ya casi no sucede.

El colchón y hay muchos zancudos o mosquitos

Nada. No sé los recomiendo para nada.

Mal servicio. Reserve un mes antes y Me cancelaron horas antes de mi llegada. Pusieron excusas,. No me dieron ninguna solución. Tube q buscar ala hora un hotel por q llevaba familia. No sé vale, muy muy mal.

La atención y mucha espera Me dieron la llave de un cuarto que estaba ocupado llovió y entra agua abajo por la puerta
