Spitaki mou

Nagyon csendes helyen van a szállás,kiválóan alkalmas pihenésre. Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, otthonias,minden megtalálható volt,amire szükségünk volt,még több is,amire számitottam. Közel helyezkedtek el a boltok,a strand is csak két utcányira van, gyalog minden kényelmesen átjárható. A termálvizeket minden nap látogattuk (az valami csoda), az viszont autóval közelithető meg, egyik 5 perc,a másik 20 perc távolságra van autóval. Első nyaralásunk volt ezen a helyen,de biztos visszajövünk még, mert kitűnően feltöltődtünk.

Kicsit hiányoltam, hogy a szálláson nem volt wifi.

That the property exists

The room was not ready for our arrival, despite check in being stated as being possible from 2pm onwards. The owner was incredibly difficult to deal with when we decided to not stay after waiting outside for around 30 minutes with no contact, being hung up on and then being told eventually that the accommodation would not be ready for a further 3 hours. The owner also felt the need to blatantly lie, stating the cleaner was already in the room, cleaning it right now, which from my photos you can see was clearly not the case. Trying to simply get my money back for a service I was not provided has been a massive head ache with the owner ultimately ending up gaining money for nothing. Purely on Morals I would never suggest booking here and based on what I could see from outside too, you wouldn't be missing out if you skipped this place.

Most things were great: the location, the responsiveness of the owner, the checkin, the neighbourhood

The condition/cleanliness was sub-par. Not terrible -more like a 4/10. Dust on the tv stand and spider webs on the wall corners may be expected (?), but on top of that rusty metals in bathroom plus leaky cistern which created a puddle in bathroom was upsetting. I’d still go again, because they let us bring our dog and I value this. But a couple of touches would probably improve the experience a lot.

Ότι είχε τα πάντα μέσα εκτός από όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όλα τα απαραίτητα και παραπάνω από σκεύη έως και απορρυπαντικα, αφρόλουτρα μωρομαντηλα κτλ. Σπάνια τα βρήκαμε σε άλλες ενοικιάσεις και με μεγαλύτερο κόστος.

Το πολύ μικρό μπάνιο, το ότι δεν είχε wifi ( ευτυχώς είχε καλό σήμα για τα δεδομενα) και μια μικρή τέντα η ομπρέλα στο μπαλκονάκι για να μπορέσουμε να απολαύσουμε τον πρωινό καφές μας .

L’emplacement

Very clean and functional, fully equipped beyond expectations, great for a holiday on a budget. Centrally located, the seafront all day cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Excellent communication with the owner.
