Personally I would like to thank Mr.Levi and his colleagues for the excellent cooperation we had for my stay.Everything were excellent and absolutely clean and the room was convenient as well. There were also coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Definitely I would come back if I visit Budapest again.

Book somewhere else! I spotted some mold (not advanced stage) in several differnt parts of the unit The living room curtains do not adequately block light so natural light and street lights creep into the apartment before you're ready to wake up for the day There are two seperate combined beds. One side feels like cardboard and the other has decent comfort. The beds will slide apart during your sleep Key collection is on a public street. Five locks are attached to a random public bike on a bike rack. the passcodes are not rotated Keys were not available during 2pm check in time. You may be forced to wait outside in extreme bad Hungarian weather with no lobby or anywhere to wait. The units itself are located next to 4 other tourist units. Some people will have parties and make loud noise despite reviews. Not ideal if you are sensitive to noise but I have quality headphones and ear plugs. The area is mostly safe, but there are some homeless people who act aggressively. I'm a strong guy but I could see others who are sensitive to safety feeling uneasy about it. Owner extrremely unhelpful about retreiving lost item. I messaged 30 minutes after departing no response about retreiving item from coat rack. No response. After they have your money, customer service goes down. After days passed and several inquiries, the owner made a lame deflecting excuse "I'll check with the cleaners"
