No mirror in the bathroom

Платите за люкс, а получаете по итогу темную комнату, без окна. Грязно, много паутины, которая падает тебе на голову. Звукоизоляция отсутствует, слышно абсолютно все, особенно когда местные включают свои колонки с молитвами в 4 утра)

Cozy place with very kind staff, perfect if you have a pet because they provide a litter box with litter and plates for your pet upon request.The laundry downstairs is really good too. Even though the staff don't speak too much English they are very sweet and use Google translate to communicate.

I just wish they cleaned under the beds, my cat kept running under the bed and coming out super dusty and getting it all over the room and bed 😅😅

- Internet was very good. - Bed was comfortable. - They had a litter box and food bowls ready for my cat. - Aircon worked well - TV worked well.

- Staff can’t speak English. What is the point of working in tourism and not speaking English? - Wanted to check in at 12. They said “room is not ready yet. Come back at 2 PM.” I came back at 2 PM, checked in and there was dust and hair all over the place, as well as the prior guest’s stinky towel hanging in there and no fresh one for me. Also, the soap was empty and there was no toilet paper. What were they doing for 2 hours? - Shortly after check-in, I asked for an extra towel via the Booking app. They didn’t answer me for 3 days until hours before I was checking out. - I had arranged a late check-out for a fee well in advance of my stay. When the day came, the staff knew nothing about it. Then they tried to tell me I could only stay until 2 (when I had arranged to stay until 4). I had to carry out some long conversation via Google Translator, and it was just a big ordeal. In the end, they let me stay until 4, but I had to switch rooms and that was a pain in the butt. - The guest before me absolutely smoked in there. - No windows, very depressing. - The place is so loud. And the staff yell at each other up and down the hall. So annoying. - The area has no charm. I think Jakarta wanted to be like KL but they ended up like New Delhi. - The Eisei laundry team dried my clothes even after I told them 3 times “wash only” in Bahasa Indonesia. - I had to ask for the wifi password instead of being given the password along with other information for my stay. Overall, the kid at the front desk needs some training.

Very clean and spacious for such price.
